JCPenney is one of America’s largest retail brands based in Plano, Texas. The company has more than 90,000 associates throughout the country.
As a Graphics Production Manager for company’s Broadcast and Media Production/Internal Communications departments, built internal and external associate-facing and investor relations presentations. Worked on print and digital designs using graphic design, illustration, and writing skills. Supervised a team of presentation specialists, designers, and developers. Delegated and orchestrated projects together with the design team, ensuring deadlines and project objectives were met.

- Collaborated with our store team to design motion graphics content and bumpers for various broadcasts made for the stores.
